1. I know a few services like Klaviyo, Omnisend and I believe Mailchimp are now doing multistep email captures. For example, the first step you get 10% off to submit an email. Then you get a second submit page that offers 20% if you also subscribe to texts. Does Claspo have multistep functionality?
2. Another feature I've been seeing is when you close a popup, it minimizes to a small bubble. Usually in the left corner so the customer can reopen whatever discount you are offering when they are ready to buy. Is this something that can be done with Claspo?

Regarding second question, you just set the widget to launch via the launcher, make sure the checkbox for closing widget it is unchecked (so it doesn't disappear), and it will always remain on the screen wherever he wants. At any moment, you can click on launcher to open the pop-up.
