We tried Claspo and found the following:
- to design a pop is very intuitive and easy
- Claspo is not well integrated with the Wordpress eco-system, i.e. all designing has to be done on the Claspo website and not from within Wordpress.
- the integration with major Wordpress plugins is limited, e.g. no FluentCRM, Fluent Forms integrations
- no integration with WooCommerce and specific WooCommerce events / products / ...
- geotargeting works for countries but is limited to major cities. We would like to see Zip code ranges and targeting of a radius around a specific location (longitude, latitude)
In other words, Claspo seems a solid choice for the following types of website:
- non-ecommerce, e.g. WooCommerce, Shopify
- non-Wordpress sites

We're sorry to hear that Claspo didn’t fully meet your needs at this time. We’re a young product with a packed roadmap, and while we do have some gaps in functionality right now, we're moving quickly to grow and improve. Over 200 websites are already using our WordPress plugin successfully, so we know the integration works well but understand the limitations you encountered, especially with WooCommerce events.
In fact, we’re currently working on a Data Layer feature that will enable support for WooCommerce and Shopify events, helping us better serve ecommerce needs. As for geotargeting, we appreciate your feedback on Zip code and radius targeting; this is on our radar as well.
Claspo joined AppSumo not as a complete solution for everyone, but as an evolving tool for those who see our potential, are willing to give feedback, and support us on this journey.
