The only platform you need for your online classes

We have been using Classtra since the first time it was presented here on Appsumo.

The platform was exactly was we were needing and for that pricing it was a bargain.

The main advantage is that students and instructors have been communicating and having their online classes without the slighest lag or delay.

That was the main issue we had faced with other platforms.
The roadmap and extra features that Ahmed and his team has implemented are great and more very important features are coming soon.

Lastly i would like to praise the profesionallism and work ethic during the support that Ahmed and his team has shown, fixing immediately any bug or issue we had, and only for that they worth 10 tacos!

Why I Love Classtra?

(1) A lot more inexpensive than its counterparts
(2) GREAT customer support
(3) EASY to get started

Classtra is still in early stages, so a lot of features are yet to be rolled out.
(Including wider options for payment processing, and other features especially for self paced programs)
But Team Classtra is highly committed and quick to adapt.
I am sure Classtra will reach bigger heights, very soon!

P.S. This is my 1st month of using Classtra. Review is based on experience so far.

Ran my first class, not a good experience, awful support

So, I ran my first class yesterday, but overall it was not a good experience. I had some issues, and although most were minor, upon raising these issues with the Classtra team, they were essentially dismissed and I was told "The system is working perfectly" even though it clearly is not.

1 - One of my students was unable to join the class. When attempting to join, the student was isolated into a Jitsi session of their own and could not see anyone else, nor could anyone see that student.

2 - Welcome emails, which I did not want to send through Classtra (and I was told would NOT be sent if I left the "Welcome email" box empty), WERE sent to all of my students, from my personal email address (which I did not know would be the case, nor did I desire that), AND they were all delivered to spam because Classtra did not advise configuring SPF etc for their sending servers, so these messages appear spoofed.

3 - I sent SMSes to my students... but most of them did not arrive until 3 hours after my course was over. After contacting support I was told that "SMS was down, sorry."

4 - My recording stopped in the middle of my session and popped up an error on students screens that they could not even dismiss. When I told support this, they responded and said "Recording works perfectly."

5 - I tried to setup a custom domain, but after configuring the CNAME properly, when visiting the custom domain, I just get a Classtra 404 page. I opened a ticket about this, and even sent 3 screenshots with the ticket to show that everything was configured exactly correctly, and they did not even look at the screenshots, but instead replied with "you must have put the wrong link. Please put the right link." 😠

So, it seems to me, now that the Appsumo deal is done and they don't have to worry about new Appsumo sales, they also don't care much about supporting us... since "everything is working perfectly."

While my first class with Classtra wasn't otherwise a disaster, if they don't address or resolve some of these issues, and reply to me to tell that indeed the issues I submitted have merit and that their systems are NOT working perfectly, I have very low confidence in the product, and now also in the team. :(

High Hopes

I just stacked some codes right before the deal ends.

Classtra is in my radar for a while. After going back and forth in my mind whether to get it or not, I finally decided to pull the wallet.

Read the reviews and Ahmed's answers to questions, watched the webinar replay. The main reason for me to finally making the decision was the way Ahmed was interacting with the community and handling the issues which gives you trust.

Because we don't buy the products or services but we buy into people/brands who provide them.

This is my largest purchase at once on Appsumo. I feel like I'll regret in the future not fully stacking this deal.

GREAT HIBRID LEARNING PLATFORM!!!

Classtra is the next LMS-STREAMING solution of the future (available now).
I have a sense that the streaming platforms are going to go in the same direction that Classtra is going, so in a sense Classtra is pioneering the way to a better LMS-Streaming solution.

I make a living teaching live courses for the past 7 years and I could tell you that I own every single webinar LTD outhere and Classtra is the best. Love streaming, is fast and easy to set up. The same for the academy where you host your videos or courses and on top of that now you could use your own stripe account. Love the roadmap and I believe Classtra is going to the example to follow.
The more I played with Classtra, the more I love it. And with every new update made, make love it even more, this is reason why I purchased 5 codes right away and I'm going to buy a few more before the deal ends.

If you don't buy based on roadmap but you are looking for a webinars-lms solution, Classtra is your ticket for selling live and recorded courses.

Is so simple to set up that in 20 minutes you'll be making money. Grab several codes if you can (the more codes more storage, users, teachers and much more.
