Stacked Under False Pretenses Can't Trust Classtra Now - Full Stack = Full Refund ???

I thought this was a great deal, so I got a full 10 code stack.

Damn, am I disappointed.

1 - I bought this under the promise that I would have 20 sub accounts

Got none of it, waiting for a month to have it released as they said the sub account feature is under development, still see no sign of it coming.

So we were promised 2 accounts per code in the questions section. I already asked for this to be reflected in the deals terms still nothing. Just complete disregard.

All the deal terms say is that you can have subdirectories.

2 - White Labeling

Where's the white labeling here?

I get it that there's no Cname, and you offer a different solution - html page embeds.

That's alright, but only if it works. I tried it and it's.. I'm sorry to say... ok.. I will not say it, it's harsh, but it's very bad. It's awful, it's terrible.

I embedded their code and it's not white label AT ALL!

It's branded to the brim with Classtra. When I first tested it it even had a footer link.

Took more than a week to just remove a footer link from the embed code.

The "Whitelabel" is just a button that redirects to Classtra!

Yes, you heard that right, when the students click to enroll they are just sent to Classtra.

Even worse than that, their embed even comes with their chat support button, that links to yet another entity, Freshworks.

3 - Features are being pulled out after I bought.

I don't understand how these guys think. But one of the reasons why I liked this deal was because I thought I could just start selling courses and not have to setup a payment gateway.

After I was setting up the course they pulled this feature out with not much in the way of warning us.

I must guess they don't have many customers if they make fundamental changes like this so whimsically and no care for their current user base.

Or maybe it's just us Sumolings getting the short end of the stick, I can't imagine them treating their normal customers like this.

4 - Features are forced on you and you can't choose anything.

So whoever is developing this product has a dictator kind of spirit.

Every time a new feature is released it is forced down your throat.

That's the case with Stripe, they released the ability to connect with Stripe, but that's not just a feature, it's a mandate by the Supreme Leader of Classtra.

Meaning that you can't do anything if you don't connect with the option they gave us.

EVEN IF YOU WANT TO DO CASH PAYMENTS!

Another feature that is forced down our throats, SMS messages and phone number collection.

So Classtra has this nice feature that allows us to send SMS to our Students, that can be used as class notifications etc.

Guess how their implementation of it works? They force your students to input their phone number on the registration page, they don't let you disable it or make it a non required field.

5 - I need to use Stripe to accept cash payments!?!?

6 - Really strange attitudes towards the development of this product.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry Classtra didn't live up to your expectations. If you are unhappy with Classtra you should expect a full refund, no questions asked.

Our intention is not to give false pretense or to deceive you rather to give a good deal on a good product.

The points and feedback you wrote, I will take to heart.

There are indeed some bugs as is always the case with software, and we are working day and night to get them taken care of.

I want to point out that we are releasing a big update with white-labeling tomorrow if you'd like to experiment with that.
