Clawdia has completely transformed how I handle legal matters for my business. As a small business owner, navigating legal contracts and compliance has always been stressful, not to mention expensive. But Clawdia makes it simple, affordable, and accessible.

What I love most is the document creation tool. The quality and level of detail in the documents are outstanding—it’s clear that they were crafted by experienced professionals. In fact, they are even more comprehensive and detailed than documents I’ve received from my own lawyers in the past! The documents would have cost me thousands if I went through a law firm, but with Clawdia, I get them at a fraction of the cost, along with guidance and tips that help me make informed decisions.

The platform is super easy to use, and the team has clearly put a lot of effort into ensuring everything is clear and intuitive. Even if you’re not familiar with legal jargon, Clawdia breaks it down in a way that makes sense. Plus, the customer support has been phenomenal. I’ve had quick responses to every inquiry, and they’ve always been helpful and friendly—sometimes even responding within hours!

I have been waiting to get this one for a long time but did not have any USA based business.
Now that we are planning, it was my time to buy & try.
Love it! The fact that I am not a lawyer means that I need to spend time & money on legal services including the boring yet important issues (such as privacy policy). The fact that I can do it in my convenience and don't depend on a lawyer's time - it's a no brainer (and considering the legal fees too!)

I also loved the wide range of templates that is readily available, just fill in the blanks and that's it.

And on top (I think?) are the short video tutorials that are, well, short and straight to the point

Lastly, I had an issue with the redemption but Vardit was there to solve the issue quickly.

You definitely get what you pay for. It is not a substitute for anything you want locked down in a legal sense.

I am disappointed in the topics it assists with. And it seems like an odd mix. Influencer Agreement, but no basic rental contract? The ability to edit what it spits out is limited unless you export to Word.

Biggest disappointment is the "upload & analyze" feature. It gives "green, yellow, or red" ratings to issues. But does not expand upon stating the basic problem in question. No hint as to why it's favorable or not. "Definition of 'Trade Secrets' and exceptions for disclosure"...ok, but what about it?

Everything is extremely basic and watered down. There are not "comprehensive explanations of essential legal topics" as far as my experience.

That being said, I'll get some use out of it. It's a good, but limiting interface. I'm just trusting that the AI is specifically trained on legal matters vs ChatGPT or Claude AI, so it spits out more applicable results. But, most of the topics to create legal docs are just templates anyway, so not much AI power going into those.

Affordable access to essential documents for small businesses. Clawdia's basic document set provides you with critical business documents, including those for independent contractors, service proposals, SaaS agreements, website terms and conditions, and loan agreements. Clawdia places these documents in a user friendly and intuitive interactive interface. All for less than the cost of an hour of a lawyer's time. Bravo Clawdia! Keep those documents coming.

I bought this application and I like it so far. The interface is great and tells you what each action is when draft/creating a legal doc such as putting your business name your name and the person you are dealing with.

I had a great time talking to the Founder Vardit about Clawdia's future and what future docs will be made.

I am looking forward to docs I recommended such as non-compete agreements when contracting services that work on my behalf. Privacy policy agreements. etc. I'll recommend it to other businesses that need legal docs that can help them as well.
