You definitely get what you pay for. It is not a substitute for anything you want locked down in a legal sense.
I am disappointed in the topics it assists with. And it seems like an odd mix. Influencer Agreement, but no basic rental contract? The ability to edit what it spits out is limited unless you export to Word.
Biggest disappointment is the "upload & analyze" feature. It gives "green, yellow, or red" ratings to issues. But does not expand upon stating the basic problem in question. No hint as to why it's favorable or not. "Definition of 'Trade Secrets' and exceptions for disclosure"...ok, but what about it?
Everything is extremely basic and watered down. There are not "comprehensive explanations of essential legal topics" as far as my experience.
That being said, I'll get some use out of it. It's a good, but limiting interface. I'm just trusting that the AI is specifically trained on legal matters vs ChatGPT or Claude AI, so it spits out more applicable results. But, most of the topics to create legal docs are just templates anyway, so not much AI power going into those.
