    Overview

Clay is an AI-powered relationship manager that helps you discover, organize, and deepen your connections across platforms.

Clay enables enable one-click import for several platforms, including contacts from your email, calendar, Apple Contacts, and social media accounts.

This tool can automatically enrich contacts with info from all over the internet and compile it under unique profiles.

That means you’ll have access to work and education history, social links, important dates, and so much more—all in one place.

And because this tool can instantly pull new connections via all integrations like your email, calendar events, or LinkedIn profile, you can connect at the right time.

    Import contacts

Clay pulls info from multiple sources and builds cohesive profiles for all your contacts.

With Clay, you’ll be able to take notes for each profile and add more relevant information about your contacts.

For instance, you’ll be able to add personal details like where you met, their children’s names, and their major interests.

You can even set reminders to appear on your Review screen on the right day for recurring events, like presentations, birthdays, and anniversaries.

    Notes

Remember everything that matters by adding extra notes to a contact’s profile.

Clay lets you sort your contacts into groups, which makes it easier for you to pull the right profile at the moment.

Can’t find who you’re looking for? Search for anyone in your network with any piece of info, like location, notes, or when you last met.

This search function supports natural language and combines queries, too. This means you can find that chemical engineer you met five years ago in Chicago who loves to sail!

    Search

Search your entire network by job title, location, keywords in your notes, and much more.

You’ll get daily suggestions on people to reconnect with in the Review tab, making it a breeze to stay in contact with your entire network.

Clay lets you configure these suggestions manually to prioritize certain relationships, or you can just let the app figure out a schedule for you.

Using the Home screen, you’ll be able to view a feed of updates from folks in your network that prompt you to reach out to them.

And you can even get reminders and calendar events for each day, so you know who you should reach out to ASAP.

    Suggestions

Reach out to people on days that matter most to them, or just to catch up.

With the right tool, you’ll become the most likable person in your network. (“I’m like Santa, except I’m spreading cheer all year round.”)

Clay helps you consolidate contacts, note important details, and remember exactly when to reach out, so you can foster better connections.

    Keep in better touch.
