Q: I was able to log in to my account once via web, but when I try to log in on the mobile or desktop app, I’m ...
told an email with a sign in link & code has been sent to my email, but none arrives - as a result I can’t log in via the desktop or mobile app. I have tried contacting support over email (the support contact option on the website doesn’t work for me) but still haven’t heard anything back. Can someone help?
