May 14, 2024A: Thanks for the question! Enriching and continually updating contacts can present a considerable data cost to us. In order to make this deal sustainable in the long term, we've chosen to limit the number of contacts for the lifetime price to 5,000.
I mean, maybe give us options to stack unlimited contacts. It's just for 1 user anyway :(

1) If I need to upgrade to your monthly plans, would you consider providing any discounts for the sumolings?
2) How many accounts can I connect? Say 2-3 LinkedIn Profiles, Multiple Email accounts to the pull contacts from etc., doable?
3) Can I send emails or messages within the app? OR, I need to pull the info from Clay & go to the respective platform to send messages/emails manually?
1. We're not currently planning on a discount for Sumolings who upgrade to a monthly plan, but I can talk to my team about it!
2. You can connect unlimited email and calendar accounts, but we are limited to 1 LinkedIn account due to technical limitations.
3. You cannot send messages directly through Clay, but we will pop you into the messaging platform with a single click.
The monthly is only $10. So if you like it and exceed the limit just buy it when needed.
That said this make the LTD a narrow use case.
There are three possibilities.
1. You are light user and the free plan with 1000 contacts will be enough for you.
2. You are a heavy user and will end up upgrading to the paid plan at $10/m for unlimited, or
3. You have 1000-5000 contacts you will use it with and can use the LTD forever.
That said most deals offer tiers that can give higher limits. They could under the knowledge that most LTDs are not really utilized by the buyers and not lose their shirts.
