2. You also offer a lead finder service, which you've mentioned that you scrape leads from various sources. Can you confirm or deny that you're using the emails users upload on the email validation side of the app as part of this.
3. As a followup to question 2, can you plainly state what your privacy policy is for the community here. Do any other services (which you might be using on the backend) have access to these emails? How long are the emails that are uploaded to your service for validation saved? Do you have a secure process in place for deleting these emails?
4. Your contact page states 2 locations, Delaware and Bangalore. Are these locations mailing/legal addresses or office addresses with employees.
5. Do you have a registered and legal company structure, if so where is it registered and what is the name?

1. Yes, you are right Clearout social pages have Launched the beginning of this year. But we do have other Growth Marketing automation tools (kintegra.io) that are running for more than a year. And have been as a data-driven digital marketing agency (socialfrontier.com) more than 4 years now. We are well backed with finances and we are also seed funded by an Indian firm.
2. No, we do not use any of user-uploaded list for the lead finder. These are publicly available data pulled from different sources by API to simplify B2B search queries. And we are GDPR compliant. We offer free 500 credits for clearout you can check for yourself before taking a call.
3. Yes, the data after validation is stored until the user downloads his results or data gets automatically deleted after 30 days.
4. Yes, we have 2 registered entity US and India. And yes these are mailing address where our employees also sit.
