Customer Information is so much valuable these days that it is very critical to get hold of potential leads, prospects, and eventually customers contact information. Clearout is CLEARLY not leaving this out in their platform.

As for the email validation, my list is just starting out, but eventually I will be growing it and with the help of this platform, it will make sure my list is super clean!

Cleaned up our list nicely, only 5 percent bounce rate after clear out was used on an old list.

We have a very small list so I brought this mainly because of lead finder. it was super easy to use. Reminds me of Gopin leads, which I wish I had brought more codes for them. I had questions and got a response right away. Will be stacking this deal!

First time saw this deal, I thought I dont need it or I already pretty similar LTDs for it

But I saw 500.000 and try to calculate this, I think they dont limit us with small amounts like other LTD only 2000

Clearout is such a money saver. I verify at least 20,000 emails per month. At first I was bummed it wasn't a LTD but with all the codes I bought, I'll be able to verify emails for several years from now! Plus the live support is awesome. I highly recommend buying at least 1 code if you own a agency. *Cheers*

I had been looking at Clearout to purchase but without an ActiveCampaign integration I was going to have to use Zapier and just didn't want the hassle. I reached out through their chat a couple of day ago and asked when this integration was coming and they didn't know.

Then I got an email this morning from Clearout support stating the integration is now up and running for ActiveCampaign. Purchased it immediately and have already cleaned all my lists. That is some serious customer support!

At first sight this seems great and exactly what I needed to validate my lists. The only feature that is disappointing is the lead finder one.

For these prices I obviously wasn't expecting to be able to throw out my other tools, however to be completely fair it's pretty useless because 1) it barely finds any matches and 2) the email addresses are either generic or non-work ones.

But besides that it seems to be exactly what I wanted when I purchased the coupon so definitely 4 tacos for that.

TL;DR: 👉 Customer service is awesome 👍 but the daily limit is so crippling 👎 that it makes this deal too hard to take advantage of to be worth the savings over alternative options.

I started by testing a small list from Drip. Since the Drip integration isn't available yet, I had to export my emails from Drip as a CSV and process them as a manual list in Clearout. Results were faily good. Consistent with other tools I tested. To take advantage of them, however, since there's no integration, I had to re-export the emails out of Clearout, then manually do a bulk operation in Drip to remove them from my list. All in all, quite a bit of time and effort just to peel ~20 bad emails out of ~870 in total.

Overall, seemed like an ok deal so I thought I'd go ahead and test my big list, which would use the native Mailchimp integration, even if it meant foregoing a possible refund if I didn't like the results... hey, what's $49, right?

However, I then proceeded to setup my primary list using their native Mailchimp integration. My list currently has a little over 17,000 members, and a single code only allows 10K verifications per day, but I thought, "no worries, I'll start half today and then do the rest tomorrow." Right?

Wrong.

Turns out, if your list is bigger than the daily limit... you CAN'T VERIFY ANY of the emails at all (natively). Attempting to verify your list will just give you an error indicating that you don't have enough verification credits. :(

So... if you have a list over 10,000 members, regardless of how many emails you may intend to verify per day, you'll either have to purchase multiple codes to increase your daily limit to a number greater than your total list size and/or you'll have to ignore the native integrations and do manual exports and imports for your list each and every time you want to verify it, manually splitting that list into incrememts smaller than your daily limit.

Of course, then you'll have to manually import and delete the bad emails, etc. For a moderately sized list, that's completely unscalable, a huge PITA, and IMO, a trememdouns oversite on Clearout's part.

Probably won't keep this one, as the overhead of actually using it will take so much time it will likely justify me just paying a more mature competitor.

Note: I probably would have only given 2 tacos, had it not been for their support. Despite my gripes with the way the service works, their customer service team is very responsive and seems to want to do whatever they can to help, short or changing the way daily verifications work.

When I first saw this offer, I was tempted but thought that I didn't really need it because I had some credits left from a previous campaign (different verification software). I also thought that we run a tight ship in how we market by email so didn't need it.

Then, a client email account got suspended yesterday. Suddenly I was faced with the decision of having to by more credits anyway. The bill for the extra credits was roughly the same as this offer, so I came to see if it was still available... It was!

Under pressure from my client to rectify the problem, I paid for the Clearout software. The scan was blazingly fast, accurate and the report satisfied my client and our email service provider. We've identified that around 7% of our list is invalid and are taking steps to bolster the whole set up. Overall, Clearout is the best of the three alternatives I've used. Oh, and I still have around 460,000 credits left. Thanks, Clearout.

This is a super cheap tool for validating your email lists.

Pretty clean and straightforward dashboard, with the option for download only the Deliverables, among other download options.

I tried the email verify service earlier and it appears to be good.

I'm not sure about the lead generator. It appears the quality of the email addresses is pretty crappy (yahoo addresses etc)

I'd love an integration with mailerlite. Hopefully, enough votes for this email service will make it happen.

Super accurate and a must have for any marketer!

Ran my first "test" list of over 1000 emails in which I already knew which emails were valid and which were not. Within 2 minutes I received 100% accurate report. Fantastic!

May possibilities to check the email and via API too. They are very helpful and efficace support service. 👍🏼
