Q: Can we have multiple brands?
I want to be able to manage my 3 different website/companies from one unified inbox. Is this possible? How many knowledgebases do we get with each tier? Looks great, but I want to make sure ClickConnector can handle my workflows.

May 15, 2024A: Yes. You can have multiple brands. Please be aware that each live chat will be counted against your connection limit.
We currently support only one knowledge base per website. However, there has been frequent request to support multiple knowledge bases and we are considering this in our roadmap. Please go ahead and vote on our product board for this feature as it would help us to prioritise the right features.
