Q: Hello, I am a littel confused after watching all videos and reading the offer, questions and reviews.
I have the following questions:
Can I build and deploy Unlimited chatbots for clients whitelabeld and CNAMed? I want to build and sell chatbots to clients without the need for them to access the portal (full service). The bot will be fully automated till its exhausted only then it should be transferred to the clients team to take over the chat or answer questions. Would I be abel to achieve that?
If yes Is Tier2 sufficient or do I need Tier 3?

It looks like you have gotten wrong idea about ClickConnector. ClickConnector is a customer support platfrom. Eventhough you can build bots for support use cases, It is not a bot building platform to build unlimited bots for clients.
1) Unlimited chatbot flows for a client - Yes. Unlimited chatbots for unlimited clients - No. The deal is not for unlimited clients. Tier 3 is for 3 clients

3) CName is for KB. Not for the dashboard.

I watched the video and understand the KB but, still not clear. Since it remembers the chat history, I assume that the bot will pick up and continue where the conversation has left off -correct?
