Q: Hello i have questions about Tier 2: - Is possible to set account to Spanish language?

- If i understand well i can use it for 6 agents (customers) where can they manage their chats (agent chat) is there a script to embed agent dashboard? or they need to log in on your platform and see your branding.

- About the clickconnector branding remove will be hidden on the embed code widget, widget window and portal?

- About the tier 3 whats the meaning of Ability to resell accounts?

A: 1) Workspace dashboard is available only in English. However, we already have a roadmap item for multi channel customer facing portals such as Live Chat Widget and Help Desk Widget
2) Only in the Customer Facing Portals - Live Chat Widget. Not in the workspace Portal

3) If you wish, you can give access to an account and charge your customer directly.

Please clarify about widget embed code because i dont want to publicity your platform to my customers, on the description of the deal appear: "ClickConnecter branding removal occurs on chat widgets and portals" whats the meaning of portals... and what about he embed "code" will display your url? can i change that to white label? thanks
