The product look promising but channel limit is less. Can you make atleast 15 for tier 2. If you calculate, facebook, instagram, linkedin, twitter/x, whatsapp, live chat, email. With this standard platforms itself we will run out of channel. On top if you add telegram, google my business or any future integration we will left out of channels. All the limits are fine but limiting to 6 channels is really a deal breaker. Afterall you are making a omnichannel support system.

Thank you for the comment. Just to be clear, we currently support only Facebook, Instagram, WA, Live chat and Email and Phone (6 channels). We currently do not support Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram and Google my business.
When we integrate new channels it'll be available for Team+ plan (Mapped to Tier 2 in AppSumo)

I know these platforms are not active in your platform now but even if you release few more platforms in future and limit us to 6 channel only than how we can use those integration. Can you clarify the 6 channels refers to present 6 channels or connection limit?. If its a connection limit then in future if you have 10 platforms supported and channel limit is 6. How can we able to add all 10 platforms?

The Tier 2 is mapped to the Team+ Plan of our offering. As we release new channels, the limit will be increased in the Team+ Plan.
We have mentioned the 6-channel limit to prevent the platform from being overused, where users connect unlimited channels and allocate resources unfairly.
Rest assured, once the integration is ready, you will be able to connect to Telegram and Google My Business in addition to your current 6 channels.
