Q: Hi Ruben, Sorry a few more questions: 1) With Tier 1 and Tier 2, from what I understand, you can have multiple chat widgets.
Please correct me if I am wrong. So, if I have two websites, and I create two chat widgets, does it allow me to create two knowledgebase sites with CNAMES?
2) Are the number of agent limits concurrent logged-in agents? To clarify, let's say I have Tier 2, which allows 6 agents. Can I have 12 registered agent accounts and only 6 agents can be logged in at any one time? Many live chat software companies use this policy, including Live Chat Inc. It would be beneficial to have concurrent logged-in agents; it makes it less hassle of having to add and remove agents all the time.
3) On Tier 2, you wrote 12 connection channels. But based on your listing, you can only connect to the following at present: Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, live chat, and emails. I consider FB Messenger/Instagram Chat the same thing. So, that leaves, emails, live chat, and WhatsApp + FB/Instagram, which is a total of 4 channels you can connect. Correct?
I know you have SMS Twillio on the roadmap, and I am most interested in that. I am hoping that you wrote 12 channels on one plan and 16 on another; it must mean you either have plans of adding many other channels or its sales/features language. I can't think of too many other channels that you could add that could be beneficial unless you start counting individual social media sites as channels.
Replying to blog comments would be a nice channel to have. I think I read you have it, or it's on the plans.
4) Lastly, I don't use Shopify or WordPress, but I have used them in the past for many years. I have off the shelf SaaS education site. I assume I can add your script to the header or footer, which should work with most platforms. I am looking to add a Shopify site soon, so having 2 KB and Chat widgets would make it worthwhile. I am not looking resells the product as I am in the education business.
Please don't misunderstand me. I am not trying to attack your product. It does "look good", and you did say you want constructive feedback. I want to make sure I understand what I will be getting before I decide to buy.

1) You can create multiple widgets. However only one Knowledge-base portals. We already have plans to support 3 KBs in Tier 2.
2) The agent limit is not calculated con-currently. It's registered agents.

Yes. That's correct. Please be aware that multiple KB feature is not released yet (you can only create one KB). When it's released Tier 2 will have 3 KB limit.
