I personally think you have a bunch of different features but master of none. Something that is missing in the appsumo world is an amazing unified inbox/shared inbox app. If you could master this, you will make a lot of business.
I encourage you to check out missive and front app to see what I mean, especially since your roadmap for 2024 is blank. I would move towards unified inbox route.
