This is an early review (was not going to do those anymore) .. but this has been a great product to work with so far. We already have a live chat inbox but this takes it so much further integrating Live, Bots and AI bots, and email support to a new level. I have no had a chance to work with the CRM element yet but also looks good on first viewing.

We are rolling this out already and sales / support have both given a thumbs up.

To make this 5 taco+ we would like the following:

1) Double the Connections (or more) for Tier 2 and 3
2) More agents would be nice
3) 3 (or more) knowledge bases with the ability to map connections to a knowledge base .. with CNAME and branding for each knowledge base.
4) Mapping agents to connections

Really recommend giving Click Connector a try.
