Q: HI, I just purchased this deal last week and have clicked to call them several times and have send 4 emails, but have not gotten a reply !

I was able to add the widget to my landing pages and they seem to work when viewed on a desktop. However, when viewed on mobile, the user gets the following error message:

"This call may not be supported on your browser

Copy the link below and paste it in Safari, Chrome, Edge or Firefox

(my call link)

Or try tapping here"

However, this defeats the purpose of using clickacall......can someone let me know how to make the link work on mobile phones? The phone I tested it on is an iphone...and I tested the docked version and floating for both audio and video :(

Could you please email @ [email protected] with information on where you sent those queries as we don't have any outstanding in our help centre, I will investigate this for you.

That particular message only shows inside of the facebook messenger app. Facebook messenger uses its own in-browser experience which does not allow any webpage to use the camera and microphone settings. This is exactly the same for every other video provider in the world as it as an App store restriction not even Zoom can do anything about it, displaying the same message we do. If you use your phones browser, send in a text or email or anywhere else it works 100% fine on your phone.
