To start: support does not exist. I contacted twice already and didn’t get any reply to my questions. This says a lot about “a company”.
I have doubts the system works at all. It’s not robust enough for commercial production. Requesting a refund.

Account suspended and no support at all
Just like everyone else, my Google Ads got suspended because of the ClickFreeze app (quite a suitable name).
I've been trying to contact support since last week. Initially, I would get a response saying they were working on it, and it should be fixed today. But now, it's just silence.
I found some advice in the comments here on AppSumo on what to do if your ads are suspended. It's not very convenient having to seek support this way.
I no longer trust this app at all and will steer clear of it.

Ads Disapproved
Frustrated that after adding this to my clients' Ad Accounts, all their Ads were disapproved after about 30 minutes.
If the tracking template causes Google Ads to be disapproved why is this option still available in the dashboard?
If any features in the dashboard will cause Ads to be disapproved please remove them urgently so this doesn't happen to any further users.

Great Opportunity, Very Early Stages, Just Not For Me
This is based on 15th May 2024, my initial reaction.
1. It will dissaproved all of your Google Ads due to "Click tracker - Uncertified" issue. I'm wondering how they can launch to LTD market with such issue intact, and no prior warning in the dashboard. This is a big mistake and probably 70% of taco star just from this decision alone.
2. I chat to support more than 12 hours ago, no respond in chat until now.
3. It flagged IP from Google bot, really ?
4. It flagged my own IP as dangerous.
Readers, you can decide now the 1 start among positive review.... I have capabilities and expertise on this, i'm running Google Partner Premier Agency and has become Product Expert on Official Google Ads Community for 3 years+, so i know what i'm doing in and out related to tracking. The product has potiential but for current state....just managed your expectation
Again my situation on 15th May 2024 may be solved in the future.

Works great, Nice interface
I purchased the tool despite the negative of the template URL in good faith that certifications are truly underway. It has a great interface, it's very simple setup even with the work around. I am still confused by the credits and waiting for a response on how to get more if ever needed and how much more cost. Currently I don't see a way to increase or purchase additional credits. Overall seems like a great tool with great promise. Support doesn't seem to check in each day to requests/questions however.
