Q: WhatsAPP group chats

I need clarification of how this works. We are a luxury travel agency that uses WhatsApp to connect with our on-field team members and the travellers. We usually start two group per trip - 1st group is for service providers (our team and the local service providers (drivers, tour-guides, etc) to interact during the trip. The 2nd for everyone listed before AND Travelers.

So my understanding is we can use the forms to have everyone enter their WhatsApp numbers - Q1 can the forms be prepoluated with info - ie trip name? Can you tell me more about the group chatting features, Q2 how does the routing to internal staff members works; Q3 will this allow for easy multiple group creation - 2 per trip? Q4 how do you see this working for the scenario we are talking about?
