Q: Funtionality and Integration

Looks like a cool product. :)
I just tried on the free account to submit images and videos without success. Is it because it is a free account? How should it work?
Are you planning on integrating results natively to Google Sheets?

The image and video features we have at the moment are for you to showcase your products and services, so it wouldn't be possible to see them in your submission data. What you're asking for is, a file upload functionality for your customers, which we're currently working on (watch out for it's release).
As for your second question about Google Sheets; Yes, we have that planned, as it is a commonly requested feature.
