Q: Google Ads send traffic to main domain and sub-domain. How can I map both?
I don't see a way to map both domain and a sub-domain to the same Google Ads account. Our traffic goes to two places depending on the campaign. I am hoping there is a solution to that.

A: You can add the subdomain as a separate domain.
Each subdomain is treated as a new entry, so just add it under the Domains section and select the same Google Ads account.
Both will track separately but under the same Ads setup.
I purchased my ClickMoat account from Appsumo 10 days ago. I tried to connect to my Google Ads accounts, but unfortunately it is not working.
I tried to create the ticket, but unfortunately the ticket system is not working, online chat is not answering, and the email of support is not helping and answering. I just received an email regarding my issue that ClickMoat is in the middle of updating, please let me know when the update will be finished, and if it takes a long time, I will ask for a refund and use the other services.
I received an email from support stating that the site issue is due to the V2 migration. However, I’m curious about the timeline for its resolution. We need a reliable and stable website to ensure that can access it without any disruptions.

A: Yes, we are currently in the process of migrating to Version 2. This update includes a new onboarding module and several important features designed to improve performance, stability, and the overall user experience.
You can now log in using your existing credentials and continue using the platform as usual. We are working to make this transition as smooth as possible for both new and existing users.
I can't log in; it seems my password has changed by itself or something like that, because it is no longer valid (or so your system says). When I try to ask for a password reset, I receive no email. So, my question is, is your platform down? I purchased a Tier 3.

A: We recently migrated our data and email systems to improve overall performance and security. Because of this update, some users experienced temporary login or password reset issues.
You can now reset your password and log in successfully. Once logged in, you can easily reconnect your Google Ads account and continue using the platform without any problems.

Hi, is there any update on the rollout of Facebook ad protection? You mentioned in June it was 90% ready and i just purchased the tier 3 package :) Looking forward to the update and to using the tool.

You’re right , we mentioned Facebook (Meta) protection was 90% complete back in June. Over the past few months, we prioritized rolling out full Google Ads coverage first (Performance Max, Shopping campaigns, and other formats) since that was the top request from many agencies and other professionals.
The good news: those Google Ads modules are launching this month with our new codebase, updated UX, and improved reporting. Once that’s live, Meta ad protection is next in line, and since the backend work is already 90% done, we’re on track to roll it out right after.
We’ll share exact dates with you via email and here in the AppSumo community as soon as we flip the switch.

However, I’m still receiving 404 errors on some pages. Additionally, the connection to the ad account is never successful.
