Q: 502 Bad Gateway error

Hi,
What is happening with your software. I have been running it successfully for over a month now.
However, for the past week or so, it is unavailable to login to.
Please advise asap.

A: Hi Ronan,

The login issue you experienced was due to a temporary server problem during our recent feature updates. This has now been fixed, and the platform is working normally.

We’ve rechecked everything on our end, and you should be able to log in and use the dashboard without any issues. If you face anything else or need support, please let me know.

This issue was related to a temporary server update during our recent feature deployment. It has now been fixed, and the platform is working normally.

Please try logging in again. If you still face any issue, let me know and I’ll personally look into it.
