karl941Q: Whitelabel Reports and Lots Missing
I don't see how to output white label reports in my instance. Also, there is a lot in the system that says coming soon and very little knowledge base support area. Is this solution still supported as I just purchased it and want to understand the actual capabilities and real results to expect.

We recently upgraded ClickMoat to a new version, and we’re still uploading the support content and finishing a few screens. That’s why some areas show “coming soon.”
White-label reports are in the final stage. Our team is completing the last updates, and they will be live next week. We’re also adding weekly basic reports and more insights during the same release.
We’re migrating everything step by step so the system stays stable. Nothing is unsupported - it’s just in progress.

Thank you Nirav, this is helpful. I however added the click tracking code on my website and it crashed the site. Is it unsteady because of the migration?
The tracking code itself is stable, so the crash shouldn’t happen under normal conditions. If your site is currently in migration or has recent changes, it’s possible there’s a conflict with caching, plugins, or theme files.
Please share where you added the script and any error you saw, and we’ll check it right away.
