Will you please link to your roadmap? And also give more insight as to why you are on Appsumo, especially since you're an established company. It's rare to have folks like you around here :) and is a breath of fresh air!
A: Hey mate, we don't actually have a published roadmap (though we do have an internal one)...
We're on AppSumo for 3 reasons:
1 - We has a successful AS promo for my other SaaS business Blastable, so this made a lot of sense for us for many different reasons.
2 - Even though Click.org has been around a long time and has an established base of customers, we've done almost 0 marketing in the last 5yrs, so this is kind of a mini relaunch.
3 - The feedback we got last time was great and helped us to improve our product which we're continually looking to do.
Q: Please Can You address The Custom Domain Issue?
I hate to leave brutal reviews, especially for a product or service I like, but some issues with your software left me with few options.
However, I deleted my review of your software because I didn't want it to influence others from buying this software while you're in the process of updating it. For instance, I don't see why LOOK.ME is still listed in your system when it no longer points to your software.
Yes, the link with my username is working, but not the custom domain. This is part of the reason I bought this software. Can you please talk about that? A guide or YouTube video on how to set up a custom domain will be useful.
I hope you revisit the HTTPS/SSL issue in your future updates.
A: We used to offer premium domains like look.me etc. but those are no longer offered and part of this deal - all tracking links are USERNAME.trk.org/LINK unless you add a custom domain. Custom domains are working properly... if you're having any issues, pls email us at support (at) click.org and we'll take a look into your account for you.
Hi, this seems to be more of a fancy link shortner with some basic tracking capabilities more than a true tracking program akin to Voluum or Funnelflux, correct? What I don't see (maybe I'm looking in the wrong place) is that it tracks the traffic in a way that shows what is converting, where the traffic is coming from, which ads to delete or stop, which ads to add money to or scale, and so forth.
The videos on YT are very old, so maybe the product has evolved since then? I'm specifically looking for a Voluum alternative.
Some other brands are: BeMob, Skro, Peerclick, ClickFlare, CPVOne, and more.
In fact, I just noticed that you are an alternative to Bitly, not an alternative to ClickMagick, Voluum etc. I just want to be sure.
A: Hey mate, Click.org is a click tracking, click optimization and conversion tracking platform - we are not as advanced as something like Voluum would be.
A: Hey mate, the wordpress plugin was discoutinued quite come time ago.
We don't allow SSL tracking domains b/c it causes some security issues with cloaking links and some of our other features when redirecting to a non secure domain.
I also have the same issue as Lloyd. The lack of HTTPS/SSL is affecting my use of this software. Either I seek a refund, or I keep this software with the hope that in your future updates, the HTTPS/SSL will receive attention.
So, just to understand, the wordpress plugin is present in the listing as a feature but it's discontinued. The SSL for custom domain link tracking can't be technically done. right?
Hey! Sorry about that, the wordpress plugin feature was not meant to be listed. I've just contacted AS to get it removed :) At the moment SSL conflicts with some other things. We’re looking into solutions!
Q: Do you have a retargeting feature?
I think ClickMagick has a retargeting feature. Wondering if you do too. Thanks!

May 4, 2025A: Yes, we do have a retargeting feature - thanks for asking.

So your tracking capabilities are not comparable to ClickMagik or LinkTrackr?

Yes, as far as I know it would be comparable to those 2.

Pls see the reply above. We can have our team check for a workaround, but there's a reason for why we don't have https links.
