Q: Does this integrate directly with Ad Networks?

For example, Clickmagick integrates directly with ad networks, so you only need their JavaScript tracking codes, not the ad network's tracking codes. This passes accurate data back to the ad networks to lower ad costs. Do you do this as well?

Q: Tier 4 Problems – No Support Response and Feature Issues

Hi,

I purchased Tier 4 and have already sent two messages through your “Contact Us” page, but haven’t received any response or even an acknowledgment. This is concerning.

My main issues:

Retargeting pixels: The system keeps asking me to upgrade, even though I’m on Tier 4. Other users were told to contact support, which I’ve done.

Popup feature: The countdown template doesn’t use the days, hours, or minutes I enter. When I preview with a target URL, I get a “connection refused” error and the landing page doesn’t show behind the popup. Only the popup (with the wrong countdown) and a message after closing appear.

I included more details in my original messages, but I’d appreciate an update or some guidance on how to resolve these issues.
