Q: Tier 4 Problems – No Support Response and Feature Issues

Hi,

I purchased Tier 4 and have already sent two messages through your “Contact Us” page, but haven’t received any response or even an acknowledgment. This is concerning.

My main issues:

Retargeting pixels: The system keeps asking me to upgrade, even though I’m on Tier 4. Other users were told to contact support, which I’ve done.

Popup feature: The countdown template doesn’t use the days, hours, or minutes I enter. When I preview with a target URL, I get a “connection refused” error and the landing page doesn’t show behind the popup. Only the popup (with the wrong countdown) and a message after closing appear.

I included more details in my original messages, but I’d appreciate an update or some guidance on how to resolve these issues.
