Q: About to pull the trigger. One Q thou...

Ex.- the 1000 pages in tier 2.
If "sport-product_com" is my website, offering ex. 5-10 products.

With a "sub directory" (athletes.sport-product_com) & 10- 20 pro athletes, where the products are branded in their name & Id. So they can promote a specific offer w. url,

ex. If the athlete is "PowerPuff" -> powerpuff.sport-product_com - with the product and a couple of unique to them items.

Q1: Would such a set up count as "just one domain" even as there's the normal landing page, about page etc + the sub.category with the ex. 10 athletes?
Q2: If yes, does each time a changer is made to one of the athletes.sport-product_com- pages, - ex. an adjustment to the copy or image change - and it is recrawled, does that count as a new page out of the 10000. Or is one out of the 1000 pages only deducted if its a completely new page (& url)..?

A: Hi there! That's a fantastic question about how ClickRank handles your website structure and page crawls. Let's clarify this so you can confidently proceed!

**Q1:** No! Your setup with `sport-product.com` and its subdirectory `athletes.sport-product.com` containing athlete-specific pages wouldn't count as **one website** under your ClickRank license because they will have different GSC account.

ClickRank sees this as a single site structure, even with the subdirectory. This is great news—you get to optimize your entire online presence with one license if it's under one GSC account.

Not sure I understand, could you please elaborate a bit more?
Q1: So No to "one website", I get that each `athlete-x.sport-product.com`, `athlete-y.sport-product.com` etc, counts as each its own website then. But what about `sport-product_com`, "Homepage", `shop.sport_product.com` etc?
Q2: Does a bigger change to a page cost one of the 1000 pages, so each time a change is made it is 1000 minus 1?

Q1: We don't control the account creation based on how many subdomain, it's controlled from Google Search Console account
Q2: your number of pages is lifetime quota, every page count and it takes from the 1000

A. Still a bit confused about sub directories. Saw your reply to sub directories, that 'website_com' + shop.website_com' "only" count as one website..?

B. if a pages url remains same, but say I deletes 10 lines & add 20 lines of new copy + deletes 2 images & add 5 new images, and your system re-crawls the page, then
A. does it - or
B. does it not
- "cost" a page out of the 1000 pages"?
