Since ClickRank processes data from the Google Search Console (GSC) and requires a JavaScript code to be implemented on our website, a written data processing agreement (DPA) in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR is mandatory for its use.
Could you please confirm whether you also offer the DPA to your European business customers?
