Q: APPSUMO Code where to insert

I can't find an option where I can enter the APPSUMO code. Can you please explain to me where I can find it?

I mean, can I set ClickRank in specific settings and it will fix automoatically based on my recommended settings?
If you remove a client's website, do you get their crawled pages back again to use on another clients website or are they locked to the client that you have deleted?
