Q: Crawl is Lifetime - not monthly?

When I read the pricing table I assumed crawl credits were monthly like every other SEO tool. But I saw a comment where you said they're lifetime. So a tier 3 license means I can process 5,000 pages once and that's it?

If true, that is concerning. Usually SEO plugins crawl your website at least once a month to catch new changes/errors that were made.

With one-off credits, it's not a real SEO tool.

You're taking a snapshot of the site on the day it's crawled. Sites significantly change from month to month. And since you can't keep monitoring your website(s) for new issues, it's not a real SEO solution.

I couldn't use this for a clients websites bc we're constantly making updates and would need regular audits. Is there a solution here? How is it that siteguru, URLmonitor, and so many others can do monthly crawls but you can't?

A: Hi,

Yes we crawl your website once a month to find new pages up to the total amount of pages limit you have in your account, it's like any other SEO tool that gives you certain amount of allocated pages and you can crawl your website multiple times but only to your pages limit cap.

We keep monitoring your website day in day out and we suggest new recommendations and generate reports on every new crawl.

but what if one doesn't want the website to crawl after the suggested changes?

Still confused. Are you saying that it crawls ALL pages every month or only new pages added each month? And once it's crawled 5000 pages (my tier) - I have no more page crawls? Or can I crawl up to 5,000 pages EVERY month? Every other SEO tool has a cap yes, but it renews every month. To be an SEO tool for real, it has to renew those crawl limits monthly to be usable/effective.

Right. They didn't answer the question. The way I understand it, you will run out of credits and then have to pay for them. That and their. Inability to answer questions has helped me decide not to buy this one.

Okay, I went into clickrank and asked in chat. Here's the final answer: CRAWLS ARE ONE TIME. I specifically said: If I have 5000 crawl credits and a 1,000 page website - If I crawl that website once a month for five months am I out of credits? The answer is yes. At that time I need to either stack more codes or buy a custom plan. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to refund & pass on this one.
