Do crawl credits reset monthly?

If I purchase your Tier 4 with 5,000 crawl credits, do the credits reset monthly? If these are for the lifetime of the account, what happens when these credits are exhausted. What is the exact cost for extra credits (if any).

If crawl credits reset monthly, this is a fair deal and is truly a lifetime deal. If crawl credits do not reset monthly your plans are very expensive and steep. Across 8 websites, 5000 crawl credits will be used up fairly quickly.
