I have 5 codes.
The first was from tier 1 which I redeemed a few months back when I bought it.
The 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th code (4 codes) are from the tier 4 plan that I just bought. I was able to redeem the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th code but not the 5th (the last code of Tier 4). It says error more than 4 codes not allowed however the founder and your team have confirmed on a few occasions that it is possible to stack tier 1 (500 pages) and tier 4 (5000) pages for a total crawl limit of 5500 pages.
How can I redeem the 5th which I paid for and enjoy 5500 pages
