What tier is needed to gain access to the WP plugin once released?

Will that announcement come before the appsumo campaign ends?
That's strange. I already asked this question weeks ago (and only asked again to triple-check before purchasing) and clickrank said Tier 4. This appears disingenuous especially considering the campaign ends soon. I'll pass on this for now. Thanks for answering again.
