I bought your yearly subscription a few months ago. If I buy a Tier 1 from here, will I get to add a second domain?|

Your annual subscription account and any AppSumo lifetime codes live in two completely separate billing systems, so they don’t combine:
Tier 1 on AppSumo = 1 domain inside its own lifetime account.
It won’t “unlock” a second domain in the annual-plan account you already have.
What to do
Keep them separate:
• Redeem the Tier 1 code under a different email address (recommended).
• Manage your existing annual site in Account A and the new lifetime site in Account B.
