Buyer Beware - Crawl Credits Don't Renew - Deceptive Practices
I normally don't write bad reviews but this purchase was a huge let down. While the platform looks well organized, there are huge gaps here. Any other SEO software that you purchase will provide you with renewable crawl credits each month. If I purchase a tier 4 plan with 5,000 crawl credits, they should renew monthly. They don't with this tool.
The support team is not upfront and honest about this. They dodge questions about this and deceptively hide the truth.
When asked about pricing for extra credits, the answer is always "You have two fantastic options: you can stack up to four additional AppSumo codes onto your account to boost your page limit, or you can contact us at support@clickrank.ai to discuss a custom lifetime plan with even higher limits tailored to your needs."
First off, If I already stacked 4 codes, boosting limits won't be possible through AppSumo. Then once the AppSumo campaign runs out there is no longer an option to purchase a higher tier plan. If I am paying $300 for a software, I should not have to pay extra for crawl limits. This truly is not a lifetime deal in this case and limited to the crawl credits available. And if you're running multiple sites, the 5,000 crawl credits won't get you far.
Let's say I have 8 websites with 200 pages each... after 3 months your usage will be drained and you will no longer have accurate data or real usage of this software.
It's a deceptive practice that is not clearly spelled out on the sales page. The founder is also hiding this fact through a gentle reminder that you can stack more credits or contact us. Why not list your prices on the true "lifetime" plan upfront. I should not have to contact you about pricing of your true "lifetime" plan. How is AppSumo allowing this to be sold?
While the product looks decent, the sales tactics are shady. Furthermore, their monthly plans renew crawl credits monthly while this "lifetime" plan does not. The credits extend for the lifetime of your plan and don't actually renew monthly like most SaaS products you'll buy.
Buyer Beware.
