This product has never worked, not from the day 1. I didn't request a refund within the 60 day window because the clickrank team was stringing me along with promises that the issues would be resolved; but shortly after the 60 day refund window expired, ClickRank stopped replying to my emails, and the issues have never been resolved. Do not purchase this software, it doesn't work.
