Shocking customer service and Feels like a scam

So I took the offer on AppSumo for a lifetime subscription (or so I thought) for up to 8 websites but it feels like that's a total scam and so far Clickrank have failed to reply to my emails in respect of what I paid for and what I actually got.

At this moment in time I keep getting a message saying I have no crawl credits left for this month despite me not using any this month so is it a 30 day roll over or didn't I get any credits for this month?

Also, even if I wanted to I have no idea how to buy credits and how much they cost. Is that part of their offer on AppSumo? To get people using Clickrank and then finding out they can't actually use it without it costing a lot more than it appeared it was going to?

TBH I've had virtually zero feedback or replies from Clickrank about the product so my review is somewhat limited but it does appear like a decent idea but shocking customer service and if I don't get any more credits or know how to get them or what they cost then It'll have cost me the deal to run one website one time and that's not on.

Edit: In response to Clickrank's reply I'd say maybe you should check your emails again as I have sent a lot more than one email to you and I have only received one reply.
