zero support, have highest level and they ignore that i cant use as program keeps telling me to upgrade to use benefits

i was really enjoying this program so i upgraded directly with them to the highest level, used for a couple of months then it behaved as if i was a free user, every option i tried it said i needed to upgrade to use that option.
I messaged their support bot who then put me to a live agent, live agent asked for my invoice etc, i provided everything, told me support would be on to me, ive heard nothing, this has been going on a few weeks, not sure if theyve done a runner
