not for the non technical people I suppose

so when is the coming soon features like A/B test, email warmup, email validation etc coming? Any time line (at least average) for this?

Also connecting the gmail account to the site is real pain in the ass...

Why is it so technical like asking for smtp, imap, username, password blah blah blah...when it should have been simple straightforward process?

Can you make connecting the gmail accounts simple as soon as possible? Yes I know there is step by step guides to do that and I followed all the steps but I failed miserably.

Very very disappointed with the service at the moment

Thanks for your kind and honest feedback.

Stay up to date on our notifications and roadmap: https://clickreach.co/roadmap

The next big feature rollout will be the email warmup, we are also adding amazing email validation and other important email health features.

Sorry to hear you are disappointed due to the hassle of connecting your Gmail account as SMTP.

We're actually working on making the SMTP process easier. Especially for users who find it difficult to connect. The first roll out of these improvements to help make it easier for some users is soon.

Find instructions here on how to setup gmail using SMTP: https://clickreach.co/help#reamaze#0#/kb/getting-started/how-to-connect-a-sending-account-for-gsuite-slash-gmail

Yes, we already have the one click sending account setup for Gmail/Gsuite built and ready to go. We're waiting for Google to approve our app so we can make this feature live. In the mean time you will have to use SMTP.

Also for email warm up on any other cold email app, you will be forced to use SMTP soon since Google is making changes and they are shutting down their API for the email warm up service that allows you connect using their API. But through SMTP it should be a problem.

Thanks again for your honest feedback. We appreciate it much!
