We believe it is unrealistic and not a fair evaluation to say you're experiencing the same issue from the 1st day, when we've worked tireless to get all bugs under control, and we've successfully accomplished that. Keep in mind we have many many active users on the platform every day, that are using the services. That said, we recognize that each user's journey is unique, and there may be occasions where things aren't as straightforward as they could be.

We're here to help guide you through any challenges you might be facing. It's possible that there may be some aspects of the platform or the process of cold emailing that aren't entirely clear, which can happen to the best of us. We're more than willing to provide you with the support and resources you need to make the most out of our services, as we have done for some who needed support.
