Clientary supports up to 3 taxes per invoice with varying modes of compounding so you can model taxes from most regions in the world, including EU VAT.

We currently do not have a French interface, but our documents are powered by a customizable templating system (Liquid, similar to Shopify themes) that would allow you to customize your documents to any language.
