Best I've Seen in Years!

I've been on a 2-3 year hunt for a great invoice tool and think I found it in Clientary. Here are some comments... (and please note that this is coming from someone who has used Wave Apps and more recently Putio).

I find these things really helpful:

- Client portal option where I can allow them to view their past and current invoices.
- CNAME is very nice to have and adds a level of professionalism.
- Easy internal reporting options.
- I can save the client's credit card and bill against it in the future (BIG plus here).
- Invoices look great and have the relevant information needed without being cluttered (so many others fail on that front).
- Email integration works well and contains my branding (even has a reply-to email option I can set which is great for clients to use).
- Can include custom fields for things like Tax ID, etc. on all invoices.
- Invoice subject field is useful for email subject and quick identification of invoice's purpose for the client.
- PO field (which is a big deal to some clients) can be set for specific invoices.
- Support has been very responsive (even late at night) and is available via chat right inside Clientary.

Feature suggestions:

- Add a discount field option for each line item and again on the total (needed for volume discounts, rewarding for multiple item purchases, referral benefits, etc.).
- Make it easier to find the link to share an online payable invoice form (can be done but it's kind of hidden).
- Maybe reduce Clientary branding (it's there even when using CNAME) or allow us to swap out with our own referral link.
- Make the preview invoice option clearer before sending (I accidentally sent one trying to preview) - or maybe allow us to add a "send now?" confirmation step on new invoices.

Regarding the Clientary branding, I think it's tastefully done and I want them to succeed as a company for the long-term. They've given a great deal to Sumolings so I don't think the light branding that remains is unreasonable in this competitive marketplace. I also think it can make my platform look stronger by being co-branded with a trusted partner.

I'm really excited to have found Clientary. Easy FIVE TACOS!!!
