Q: Is Clientjoy dead?

Last week It randomly started sending out reminder emails to some customers that were already marked as paid.

The chat link to speak to Clientjoy does not work or connect to anything. So I lodged a ticket.
I dont even know if it arrived as I didnt get any notification of it.
And a week later I havent received any reply either

I am thinking it is now abandonded?

I posted to your FB page as well and my post sits in "pending"

Anyone else have issues like this?

Q: I sent an invoice to a client and they tried to pay the invoice using the Stripe payment button on the ...

invoice, but they weren’t able to and instead got a response saying that feature is in test mode. Can someone help me with this? It’s a pretty important issue to not be able to accept payment from clients. I tried contacting Clientjoy earlier today using two methods of contact and still haven’t heard anything.

Q: To clarify: Following up from a previous question, the top of the website says, "Disclaimer: The Clientjoy lifetime offer has ended.

However, you can still get one year of access to Clientjoy for the discounted and locked price of $199 (retail value: $660)."

If I choose to keep the same users and features, namely 5 users, the white-label with 3 workspaces, and 5 users per workspace, does that mean the price remains locked at the same at $199 per year? I appreciate knowing that we can scale and the price changes as we grow too.
