ClientJoy Has Huge Potential But Needs to Mature More

I previously bought SuiteDash, which is an all-in-one business tool. SuiteDash provides a lot of features which I was initially excited about. The issue I found with SuiteDash is that it's UI/UX is not that good. Navigation is difficult. The interface is not aesthetically pleasing. It's hard to set up. I hope SuiteDash improves their UI/UX over time.

I mention my thoughts on SuiteDash because some people are wondering about what's the difference between SuiteDash and ClientJoy. In contrast to SuiteDash, ClientJoy has a great UI/UX. It's very easy to navigate and it's aesthetically pleasing. It won't take you long to set up. That's really important to me since I want to work with tools that feel modern-not clunky.

ClientJoy is not as feature-rich as SuiteDash. ClientJoy still needs to mature as there are some features still missing. For instance, I bought ClientJoy already thinking that it had a client portal, but that does not appear to be the case yet. I see it's on the roadmap. Several integrations are also lacking. However, the founder is upfront about how ClientJoy needs to mature, which I find comforting since it means the founder is not satisfied and not delusional about the state of his product.

I did some other research into ClientJoy and I see that they have a large team and has received some financial backing in the past. This is important to me in the long-term because it gives me optimism that ClientJoy will continue to evolve and not be abandoned like you could get with a product with a 1 or 2 person team.

My advice to the ClientJoy team is to resist the urge of becoming an all-in-one tool. Focus at excelling at a few key areas. Don't spread your resources thin by trying to do everything at once. Have many integration provider options available so people can connect their tools in areas you don't end up covering. Don't end up being the jack-of-all trades and master of none.

ClientJoy has huge potential, so strongly consider getting this deal if you don't have a client management tool.
