Q: Does this offer come with any support?
I emailed a 4 days ago and I didn't even receive a customary we'll be in touch reply? Kinda wondering if this is what to expect going forward with Client Portal. Anyone else having issues like this?

May 15, 2024A: It does! You should have at least had an automated reply which has our current wait times included. At the moment, we aim for no longer than 48 hours — usually it's much faster but it's a particularly busy time at the moment ;-)
Could you either let me know your email address here or email into AppSumo support and ask them to pass along your message and I'll do a search.
