I signed up at app.clientvenue.com/appsumo
- entered my codes to redeem
- once submitted I got an error code
- no access to the product
- and received a welcome email saying "welcome to my free trial"

I have emailed support@clientvenue.com but no response as of yet.

It says if I need to refund, I need to refund by July 3rd.

Hopefully this is a glitch, but after reading some of the questions above I feel slightly concerned,
