I would save us a LOT of setup time if we had a way to \u0027clone\u0027 one of the profiles when adding new customers. This way any changes we made in previous email and SMS templates are carried over. This way all we have to do is change the contact info for the profile and be done. I bought the agency one as well but now whenever I try to do agency things it tells me that I have to buy their new plan for $1000+ per year.
