Bought the Agency plan and it's worth every penny so far! Great product! One feature request please... I would save us a LOT of setup time if we had a way to 'clone' one of the profiles when adding new customers. This way any changes we made in previous email and SMS templates are carried over. Hi guys, firstly, great product. It works wonder, I am delighted so far. One caveat: a customer is asked to verify her review with her phone number, after receiving a message that she never gets. It happens I suppose, you're not the only ones who can't deliver to all SMS providers. I will not name big brands here... Question: is there any other way to verify a customer? Like email or something. She is really happy with my products and wants to leave a review. Thanks
