No answer via whatsapp and none of the in app ontact methods are working

Unfortunately, the support is terrible. They just upgraded to v.2. and the "remove branding" features from our current appsumo accounts are no longer available. The owner keeps pushing his upsell to whitelabel while v.2 lacks many features like SMS/email, etc. Sad to see the ethos of this company going down and not honouring their commitment.
